It's Not Just Yoga. Here's What We'll Be Doing:
Complete Yoga Classes
Weekly Vinyasa and/or Yin Yoga classes that are developed to support your unique goals and needs. Classes are complete with meditation, warm-up, cool-down, and a good Savasana. All you need to do is to show up.
Yoga isn't just about asana practice, but, hey, let's be honest, you have physical yoga goals, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I'll help you get closer to them by supplementing classes with strength building drills.
Meditation & Breathwork
Meditation and breathwork are powerful tools that can help you regulate your mood as well as rewire your brain and have lasting effects on your physical and mental well-being. We'll be incorporating them in your weekly practice.
Journaling & Mindset Work
Journaling has many scientifically-proven benefits that range from improving mental health to boosting the immune system. So, I will be providing weekly journaling prompts and challenges so that you can work on internal growth.
