Complete Yoga Classes

Weekly Vinyasa and/or Yin Yoga classes that are developed to support your unique goals and needs. Classes are complete with meditation, warm-up, cool-down, and a good Savasana. All you need to do is to show up.

Strength Training

Yoga isn't just about asana practice, but, hey, let's be honest, you have physical yoga goals, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I'll help you get closer to them by supplementing classes with strength building drills.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation and breathwork are powerful tools that can help you regulate your mood as well as rewire your brain and have lasting effects on your physical and mental well-being. We'll be incorporating them in your weekly practice.

Journaling & Mindset Work

Journaling has many scientifically-proven benefits that range from improving mental health to boosting the immune system. So, I will be providing weekly journaling prompts and challenges so that you can work on internal growth.

How Does It Work

Fill out an interest form to have a quick call with me and see if we are a fit for each other.
Choose the best time and frequency for your yoga and self-care  practice.
Mark your calendar, prepare everything you need, and show up for yourself.

You'll need this for Zoom yoga and coaching with me:

A yoga mat

Enough room to practice in a preferably quiet place (Preferably is key here; I know it's tough when you're a mom.)

Any props you'd like to use or household items that can serve as props

Comfortable clothing; anything would do, but make sure it's comfortable for your body and doesn't constrict movement

Anything that will make you comfortable and will help you set the mood such as incense, candles, or an essential oil diffuser

An active Zoom (or Skype) account and installation

A reliable internet connection

A laptop or tablet with a webcam, mic, and working audio (While a cell phone could do the job, you'll be more comfortable using a bigger screen.)

Wireless headphones if you'd like to keep the noise down

A notebook and a pen to journal your heart out
