Hi, yogi, I’m Karina.
I’m a certified yoga teacher and a stay- and work-from home mom. I help busy moms like myself get stronger and improve their physical and mental well-being with yoga, strength training, and mindfulness practice.
Over the years, yoga, fitness, and mindfulness have helped me feel stronger and better physically and mentally. I believe that consistently practicing them can not only help you improve your health and well-being but also transform your life.
In addition to yoga, I’m slightly obsessed with anatomy, biomechanics, weights, HIIT, inversions, and travel, and I love exploring the outdoors with my husband and kids.
